The registration fee includes conference materials, welcome reception, coffee breaks and conference dinner.
Note: An additional fee of 60 EUR applies for accompanying persons. This includes welcome reception and the conference dinner.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
After completing the registration form:
- If you selected card payment, you should receive an email with the payment instructions immediately. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
- If you selected bank transfer, you will receive the payment instructions by email within one or two working days.
- After your payment has been processed, you will receive an official payment confirmation or invoice by email within one or two working days.
